
Eligibility
In order to remain on campus for summer housing, you must meet one of the qualifications below:
- Registered for summer session classes
- Part of a summer internship/campus employment opportunity on campus
- Special circumstances due to inability to leave campus (i.e., international travel)
In order for students to stay on campus for the Six-Week Second Session, students must have an on-campus housing assignment for the Fall 2023 semester.

Summer housing applications will be located in your Housing Self-Service via MySlice on April 10.

Summer housing for Summer 2023 will be in the following locations:
Shaw Hall*

South Campus Apartments (6 weeks minimum stay)
*A meal plan is required if staying on North Campus for the summer.

Six Week First Session:
Check In: 5/21/23 beginning at 10 a.m.
Check Out: 7/1/23 by noon
Six Week Second Session:
Check In: 7/2/23 beginning at 10 a.m.
Check Out: 8/12/23 by noon*
*Students staying until the start of the Fall 2023 semester will need to move to their Fall 2023 space from their summer housing space beginning on 8/18/23. More information to come over the summer, including process and moving dates.
