If you are interested in holding a conference on the Syracuse University campus, please email Conference Services at housing@syr.edu with detailed information about the conference. Conference Services will then reach out to you and begin to work towards a successful conference on campus.
For all summer conferences (between May and August), we ask that you reach out to our office before March 1 to allow adequate time for conference preparations.
Please note, every conference that is held on our campus is required to be sponsored by a campus department/office. If you are an external group looking to hold a conference at Syracuse University and are not in contact with a University department/office, please reach out to us and we can act as a liaison to our campus’ departments/offices.
