Summer Residence Hall Assistant is a live-in position that supervises residential support staff, coordinates main desk hours of operation, and develops hourly staff schedules for facility and registration operations. Requirements for this position include but are not limited to prior supervisory, training and/or operations/management experience, strong verbal and written communications skills, and reliable transportation. Summer Desk Operations Assistants help with overseeing various residence hall main desk operations as they relate to conference activity during the summer. University staff will train in the desk procedures and monitor daily operations. Requirements for the position include, but are not limited to, previous customer service experience, strong communication skills, good organization, and record-keeping skills.
