ID Card Services - Lost or stolen IDs

If your SUID is lost or stolen, report it immediately to the I.D. Card Office, weekdays during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 443.2726; at night and on weekends, please notify the Public Safety Office at 443.2224. You will be financially responsible for all usage prior to reporting it lost. Picture identification is necessary to replace an I.D. card. The cost for the first replacement is $15 and $25 for subsequent replacements.
