Directions for Viewing an IPIX 360 degree interactive image
- Hitting the right hand mouse button at any time will bring you to the starting point for viewing the image
Place your cursor on the picture and hold down your left mouse button for a 360 degree view
- One of two double-sided arrow icons will appear in the CENTER of the image:
This icon appears when the cursor is placed in the upper-center of the image and permits you to zoom closer into the image by HOLDING DOWN your left mouse button.
This icon appears when the cursor is placed in the lower-center of the image and permits you to zoom out of the image by HOLDING DOWN your left mouse button.
This four-sided arrow icon appears on the perimeter of the image:
- By HOLDING DOWN your left mouse button, the image will rotate in the direction of the image in which you have placed the cursor.
- HINT: The closer you are to the outside edge of the image, the faster the image will move.
- If a mouse isn't hooked up to your machine or you just prefer keyboard navigation, don't fear. IPIX images are fully functional with standard keyboard arrow

Relocation Application (current residents)

The housing relocation application for students wanting to relocate for the spring semester will be available on November 12th, 2009, at 12 noon. Completing the application does not guarantee a relocation opportunity will arise. Any questions regarding this process can be directed to our Service Center in room 206 Steele Hall or via email, housing@syr.edu.

Residency Requirement

SU has a 2-year live on requirement that we would like to remind our freshmen students and parents about. Recently freshmen parents were sent the Residency Requirement information letter. We would ask that all freshmen parents and students please take a moment to read the information. You will also find a link to this letter on our Forms + Downloads page.
