The university is also housing students in 2 alternative facilities for the 2016-17 academic year. The facilities are: University Village Apartments on Colvin & Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center.

University Village Apartments on Colvin

University Village Apartments will house 96 men and women within several of the complex's residential apartment units. All apartments are single gender four bedroom apartments where four students each have private bedrooms with their own bathroom. Each apartment also contains a lounge and full kitchen with all appliances including a dishwasher and microwave as well as in-unit laundry. The complex also includes several social/study lounges, a fitness center, a small cinema and game room. The complex is located directly on the University's South Campus shuttle route which allows for free transportation to and from main campus.

The University Sheraton will house 128 men and women on two floors. All rooms are single gender and are coed by alternating rooms. All rooms are large open doubles with baths and contain a full-bed, desk, dresser, and wardrobe for each resident. The building also coin operated laundry for residential use. Dining options within the Hotel are not associated with the University's meal plans. The building will be staffed by Syracuse University resident advisors.


Dining Plans and Dining Points

Students that wish to select a dining plan or change a dining plan can do so via their housing page accessed through MySlice. FOOD and PLUS accounts will be made available for purchase on Monday, August 15th. Please remember that our dining plans do come with FOOD points with amounts differing per dining plan. PLUS is used for non-food items.

Opening quickly approaching!

Residence Halls and apartment opening for on-campus housing is only a few weeks away. Starting August 24th for new students and the 26th for returning students.
