Kimmel and Marion Halls 305-311 Waverly Avenue Kimmel Hall built in 1962. Marion Hall built in 1954.

Kimmel Hall houses 113 men and women on three floors. Rooms within the building are of single gender and are coed by alternating floors. All rooms in this building are open doubles. The Kimmel Food Court is adjacent to this building as well as a lounge and computer cluster.

Marion Hall houses 143 men and women on three floors. Rooms within the building are of single gender and are coed by alternating rooms. All rooms in this building are open doubles. This building has a laundry facility and fitness center in its basement.
